One question I get from students and young professionals is: "How do I break into the Nigerian Oil & Gas industry?"

It's a valid question because the industry can seem difficult to enter, especially when many job openings ask for experience. The good news is that every experienced professional was once in that same position. The difference is that they kept learning, building skills, and preparing themselves for opportunities.

From my own experience working in production operations, I've realized that employers are looking for more than just a degree. They want people who understand how the industry works, can solve problems, communicate effectively, work safely, and are willing to keep learning.
